Supports Clients in: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut

Hazel works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, attachment and relationship concerns, neurodiversity, identity, self-esteem, life transitions, and betrayal or infidelity.

Hazel is particularly interested in the patterns that shape how people relate to their partners, families, and themselves. Her work goes beyond simply managing symptoms. She helps clients understand where their patterns come from, what keeps them going, and what might need to change. She often works with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, but still find themselves overthinking, repeating relationship patterns, or struggling to feel secure and connected.

Her style is warm and compassionate, but also honest and appropriately challenging. Hazel believes therapy can hold both: a space where you feel genuinely understood and a space where someone is willing to point out the patterns you may not be able to see on your own. Her approach draws primarily from emotion-focused, attachment-based, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies.

Hazel offers therapy in English and Tagalog and values understanding clients within the context of their relationships, culture, identity, and lived experiences.
