Online Therapy
Across Ontario and eight other provinces and territories
Therapy doesn’t have to mean a commute, a waiting room, or rearranging your whole day. Online sessions let you meet with your therapist from home, or wherever feels private and comfortable, with the same focus and care as an in-person session.
Why many people choose online therapy
Whether you live in a busy city, a small town, or somewhere more remote, online therapy can make support easier to start, and to make part of your routine.
It fits into your life
Without travel time, sessions are easier to fit around work, family, and everything else, helping you stay consistent.
The comfort of your own space
For many people, being in a comfortable, familiar space helps them feel more at ease.
When getting out the door is hard
If anxiety, panic, or low energy make leaving home difficult, meeting online makes it possible to begin, right where you are.
Easier for couples to attend together
When you’re balancing busy schedules or children at home, meeting online can make regular sessions more manageable.

Research suggests that online psychotherapy is just as effective as in-person psychotherapy, allowing you to receive the same level of support from the comfort of your own space. By eliminating commute times and reducing scheduling conflicts, many people also find it easier to make their well-being a priority.
What tends to matter most is the connection with your therapist and having a private space to talk. Your free consultation is a chance to see how it feels for you.

A few things that can help:
Check your connection and camera a few minutes beforehand.
If you share your home, let others know you'll need privacy for your session.
Headphones can add privacy.
If your home isn't private, some people join from a parked car or book a quiet room at work or a library.
