In-Person Therapy
in King City, Ontario

Serving King City, Maple, and nearby York Region communities

Some conversations feel easier face to face. Meeting in person gives you a dedicated space for therapy, somewhere separate from home and work, where you can set everything else aside for the hour.

Why in-person therapy might be a good fit

Somewhere separate from everyday life

Coming to an office creates a clear boundary between therapy and the rest of your day, and a private space when home doesn’t offer one.

Face-to-face connection

For some people, being in the same room helps them feel at ease as they open up and build trust.

Fewer distractions

No notifications, no household interruptions, just space to focus on what matters to you.

Meet your therapist

Amanda Rout

Registered Psychotherapist (RP), MA

Hi, I’m Amanda. I work with adults who are quietly struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep it all together.

Therapy with me is a place to be honest about what’s hard, even if you don’t yet have the words for it. We’ll start by making sense of it, then focus on what would help you most right now.

Whenever you feel ready, I’d be glad to hear from you.
